Digitalisasi dan Standardisasi Produk UMKM: Upaya Peningkatan Daya Saing Pasar Modern yang Berkelanjutan

Community service program focuses on assisting local MSMEs in adopting digital technology and product certification to enhance competitiveness in modern markets. The partner problems include limited digital literacy, low adoption of e-commerce and digital payment systems, and lack of product legality certificates such as Halal and PIRT. The program was implemented through training, mentoring, and consultation methods involving 50 MSMEs in Surakarta over six months. Results showed significant improvements: e-commerce adoption increased from 28% to 76%, digital payment usage through QRIS rose from 22% to 81%, and product certification achievement improved from 12% to 64% for PIRT and from 8% to 52% for Halal certification. Participating MSMEs experienced an average revenue increase of 45% and market expansion beyond local areas. The program's success was driven by collaborative support from government agencies, financial institutions, and digital platforms, while challenges included infrastructure limitations in remote areas and varying digital literacy levels among participants. The community service program demonstrates that integrated digitalization and standardization interventions effectively enhance MSME competitiveness and sustainability in modern business ecosystems.
