Pendampingan Manajemen Keuangan Berkelanjutan dan Akses Pemodalan Inovatif bagi Wirausaha Perempuan

Abstract

This community service program focuses on providing sustainable financial management assistance and introducing innovative financing access for women entrepreneurs in Kediri Regency. The partner problems include low financial literacy, limited access to formal financing, heavy reliance on informal loans with high interest, and lack of understanding of innovative financing schemes such as green financing and securities crowdfunding. The program was implemented through training, mentoring, and consultation methods involving 75 women entrepreneurs across Kediri Regency over a two-day period on November 20-21, 2025. Results showed significant achievements: participants' financial literacy increased by 45% (from pre-test score 39.5 to post-test score 82.3); adoption of simple financial recording improved from 24% to 71%; understanding of green financing concepts increased by 56%; and understanding of securities crowdfunding increased by 53%. The program successfully facilitated access to financing for 38% of participants through various schemes including KUR, green financing, and securities crowdfunding platforms. The Kediri Women Entrepreneurs Financial Forum was established as a sustainable platform for financial learning and networking. This program demonstrates that integrated financial management assistance combined with innovative financing access effectively strengthens women entrepreneurs' business sustainability.
